We do not chase markets. We structure transactions.

Our approach is built on three pillars: sourcing with provenance, diligence with teeth, and structure that holds. Principal experience spans digital asset transactions and data licensing at six to low seven figure scope. This is a scope descriptor, not a claim of specific firm transactions.

Three pillars

01

Sourcing

We do not scrape. We do not aggregate from public sources. Every dataset originates from a known rights holder — a research institution, a specialized collection platform, or an operating company with proprietary capture infrastructure. Provenance is documented before first contact. We verify chain of custody from collection through current state.

02

Diligence

Rights and consent are verified as a standing practice, not a checkbox. Where human subjects appear, we require evidence of informed consent covering the intended commercial use. Withdrawal mechanisms must exist and be honored. Regulatory exposure is mapped across EU, US, and UK frameworks. We flag issues before they become liabilities.

03

Structure

Transactions are structured for the asset lifecycle, not the closing date. Licensing terms include refresh obligations, version control, and rights renewal mechanisms. Capital structures align with data economics — not fund lifecycles. We use permanent capital vehicles, direct co-investment, and royalty-based arrangements where they serve the asset.
